Help Capture - Image to Clipboard
You will use this simple capture if you are editing a text, maybe answering a support request or following up on a discussion in Outlook, and you want to include an image in your text.
In this example we assume Help Capture was already started, maybe as part of Windows startup, and that you have an email open.

- Start Help Capture either
- through the Help Capture tray menu
- In the tray, click on Help Capture. The menu appears
- Select 'Image to Clipboard'
- or press the corresponding hotkey (F..).
- through the Help Capture tray menu
- Select capture area.
- Move the mouse to select a window which equals the area you want to
capture.
- If necessary because the window does not exactly match the area you want to capture, drag the borders
- Move the mouse to select a window which equals the area you want to
capture.
- Capture by pressing the [PrtScn] button on the keyboard An image of the selected area is now available from the clipboard
- Switch to the email you are working on and paste the picture in it
