When creating a new help project, the Help Project Wizard asks for the most important options, such as help title and filename, and sets this in the HTML help project file (.hhp). You can at any point change the settings:
Title: Specify a title for a compiled help file.
Language: Select language in which help topics will be written. The selected language determines which fonts are supported.
Default font: Select a font and give the size, or leave empty. If empty, the default font will be used for the language.
|When creating a new help project, the Help Project Wizard asks which language to use and stores that information.|
Compiled file: Specify a location for a compiled help file. This may be outside the help project folder. Click the file Save As selection dialog button to easily get to another folder.
Contents file: Select the table of contents file. This is initially set by the Help Project Wizard.
Index file: Select the index file. This is initially set by the Help Project Wizard.
Default topic: Select the default HTML topic file for a compiled help file. This setting is very important because it shows up any time it does not know which file to display, or when a file you refer to is missing - else you will get a 'Page not found'. Therefore, if you have not set this, you will be urged to select the default HTML topic when you run 'Compile Help Project'.
