I don't see Help Capture in the Windows tray

After Starting the Help Capture program you should see the Help Capture icon in Windows System Tray (= Notification Area)  capture in tray

If this is not the case, it may be the Icon behavior was not set correctly, it should be 'Show icon and notification'.

To change the setting:

  1. Press push button NotificationChevron
    Verify the Help Capture icon is in the pop up. If not, first start the Help Capture program

  2. Click link Customize...

  3. In the list, look for the Help Capture icon<

  4. Change the value of the Behaviors combo box to 'Show icon and notifications'

  5. Press push button OK

From now on the Help Capture icon is permanently visible in the tray.
