486DX/66 MHz PC or higher
Windows XP SP2, VISTA, Windows 7 (32/64 bits)
Net framework 2.

Installation

To Install Help Capture:
  1. Download the latest version from Helpgenerator.com. If you only want to install for yourself, download the .exe version, else download the msi (for administrators).
  2. Run the setup program

Run the .exe setup program in Windows 7

  1. Right-click the downloaded helpcapturesetup(.exe) file
  2. Run as administrator
  3. Say Yes to the User Access Control dialog 'Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to your computer'
  4. Follow the instructions in the setup program

    The Windows installer configures Help Capture and finishes with
  5. Next carefully read the information on 'Starting the Help Capture Software' and 'Unblock Help file'
  6. Press push button Next
  7. Press push button Finish

Now you are ready to start the Help Capture program.

To Uninstall Help Capture:

  1. Click on Windows Start button
  2. Execute menu item Control Panel
  3. Jump link Uninstall a program
  4. Right-click on item Help Capture in the list of installed programs
  5. Execute menu item Uninstall
  6. Press [Yes] in the confirmation dialog
