Creating user documentation in word is started from the Help Editor menu.
Select folder and name using 'File Save as' dialog.
If yes: screenshots are stored in the word document. Document can be sent to anybody and the reader will always be able to see the screenshots.
If no: only references to the screenshot files are in the document. Document can only show the images if these files are accessable during viewing.
The advantage is that it makes the document significantly smaller.
