The first step the generator creates all files required by scanning the application:
No help authoring tool on the market today has this important time saving step!
In the second step you will be adding you explanations to the generated pages using the Help Editor . The Help Editor shows the contents tree on the left and a WYSIWYG HTML editor with the selected page on the right. You can add extra pages or reorganize the contents from the contents tree.
The help generator project consists of a folder containing the HTML files and images. After completing the pages using the help editor publish:
Currently Visual Studio 2003/2005 both windows and web applications, Microsoft Access and Visual Basic 6.0 . More platforms are planned for the near future.
